Cattle Hide Dehairing Machine

This cattle hide dehairing machine is designed for mechanical hair removal from cattle hides after hide removal and pre-treatment. The roller-based dehairing structure helps process hides for further handling or leather processing. With a processing capacity of approximately 300 kg per hour, it is suitable for slaughterhouses, hide processing workshops and related processing facilities.

Before and after these machines

Poultry plucking and pig or sheep dehairing follow scalding. Plan the scalder and the plucker or dehairer together, so both suit the same animals and output. For poultry, the Automatic Poultry Scalding and Plucking Machine sets up a scalder and a plucker as one unit, so scalded birds move into the plucker by machine.

Hide pulling does not need scalding; it follows bleeding and pre-skinning. After plucking, poultry is eviscerated and cleaned before chilling in the Poultry Spiral Chiller.

Buyer FAQ

How do I choose drum or horizontal poultry plucking?

Start with your bird species and required output. Compare the handling design and current capacity on the product pages, rather than choosing by motor power alone.

What should I send for a quotation?

Send the animal or input material, required output, machine or process you need, and destination. Include voltage or space restrictions where relevant. See the equipment buying guide if you need help preparing an inquiry.
