Integrated poultry scalding and plucking equipment with a rotary or tilting basket scalder and a horizontal plucker. Mechanical transfer eliminates hand-carrying between machines, with button operation or optional timer control.
Model
GS-TTYT-01
Capacity
Approx. 100–800 chickens/hour, depending on configuration; lower output for ducks and geese
Power
Depends on scalder size, heating method and plucker configuration
A poultry scalder and a plucker set up as one unit, so scalded birds move into the plucker by machine instead of being carried by hand.
Suitable for
Small and medium poultry slaughterhouses, workshops and farms processing chicken, duck or goose.
Control
One operator with buttons, or an optional timer program that runs each batch automatically.
How one batch runs
Load bled birds
Scald
Transfer by machine
Pluck & discharge
Birds are placed on the loading platform and tipped into the hot water by hand, or with an optional mechanical feeding function. After scalding, the scalder moves the batch straight into the plucker.
As a reference, chickens need about one minute of scalding and one minute of plucking; ducks and geese need about two minutes for each step. Adjust the times to your birds and water temperature.
Two scalder designs
Tilting basket scalder
A perforated basket holds the birds in the hot water.
After scalding, the basket lifts and tips the batch into the plucker.
On the same size, hourly output for ducks and geese is lower than for chickens. Pigeons and quail can also be processed; harder-to-pluck birds have more configuration options.
Rotary set sizes
1 m + 91 cm
Approx. 300–400 chickens/hour
1.2 m + 1.1 m
Approx. 500–600 chickens/hour
1.5 m + 1.5 m
Approx. 700–800 chickens/hour
Sizes are the scalder and 9-roller plucker shaft lengths. Outputs are references that depend on bird weight and scalding conditions. Each size can be supplied with one shared control cabinet and the optional timer program.
Heating, installation and wear parts
Heating
Electric, gas, steam or biomass pellet, with automatic constant-temperature control as standard.
Water
The scalder has a water inlet and water-level control; the plucker has a connection for spray water during plucking.
Installation
No foundation or anchoring is needed, and buyers can install the set themselves. A set normally ships in two wooden crates.
Wear parts
Rubber plucking fingers and heating tubes. A batch of spare rubber fingers is supplied with the plucker.
Buyer FAQ
Do I need the timer program?
No. Without it, one operator starts each step with buttons and judges the timing. With the timer, you set the scalding and plucking times once and the operator only loads each batch.
Is the set quoted as one price?
Yes. When you need scalding and plucking together, the scalder, plucker and control cabinet are quoted as one set.
What should I send for a quotation?
Bird type and typical weight, required birds per hour, preferred heating method, voltage, whether you want the timer program, and your destination country.

Rotary poultry scalding machine for hot-water scalding of chickens, ducks and other poultry before feather removal. The forward and reverse rotation helps move poultry during processing and supports practical discharge before plucking.
This poultry vacuum lung remover is designed to remove residual lung tissue from poultry carcasses after evisceration. Using vacuum suction, it helps clean the internal cavity before subsequent washing and chilling operations. With a processing capacity of approximately 800 birds per hour, it is suitable for small and medium poultry processing operations.
Stirring poultry scalding tank for hot-water scalding of chicken, duck and other poultry before feather removal. The internal agitation system helps keep poultry moving during processing, with customizable voltage, dimensions and selected configurations.
