Scalding Equipment
This tilting basket poultry scalding tank is designed for hot-water scalding before feather removal. The automatic tilting basket mechanism assists with loading, scalding and discharging poultry, reducing manual handling during operation. It can be matched with poultry plucking equipment for subsequent defeathering.
As a reference, chickens need about one minute of scalding; ducks and geese need about two minutes.

It depends on the tank size. Send your bird type, typical weight and birds per hour, and the size will be matched to your output.
A hydraulic system lifts and tips the basket, so the operator does not lift hot, wet birds by hand.
